The emerging of the New You is a process. It does not happen all at once. And when you feel stuck, blocked, or are in doubt, or feel as if you are so close to yourself but cannot quite reach, this is NOT a TEST.

It is always old patterns appearing giving you an opportunity to make a choice in that moment. A choice to think, feel, or act in a way that aligns you with, “better”, “more”, “truer”, real and authentic You.

This is what is often referred to as “clearing”. But even this is not really accurate.

It is you in the process of consciously choosing new ways of seeing, feeling and Knowing based entirely in alignment with your own inner Soul Being. The LIGHT of God that you are

And you notice that everything that happens in and around you is guiding you gently, kindly, lovingly step by step to this New You.

Trust yourself dear Hearts and make the choices that naturally lead to your own Shine.

PS. The more fun, the more enjoyment the more Lightheartedness you choose to have in your journey, day to day, the easier it all is.

Choose day by day, step by step, and stop looking at where you don’t want to be. It is this self judgement that stops you from living.

Create little opportunities for feeling your joy. And this can be even with one breath.

There are a zillion ways to Breathing the radiant golden bath of the Sun, even on cloudy days.

It is simply your empowered choice that makes it possible.

Happiness is a choice of Being, an ‘inner state” that creates the experience “tone“ of “external circumstance”.

For example, “the grumps”…… we all get them, and why not, after all we have put ourselves through. Let us not take them personally.

Feel what they are and even stomp around a bit but in the end there will be smile and even laughter if you refrain from judging yourself or another about any of it.

Allowance and reception are keys.
