The origin of phobias and ways to get rid of them

Phobias are programs that can accompany you from incarnation to incarnation.

Dear ones, you are loved, you are beautiful, you are powerful, you have nothing to fear, and I want to remind you of this again and again!

Fears are illusory, they do not exist in reality, but they seem so real to you... Let's expose these illusions together. Some of these illusory fears you call phobias . These are obsessive fears that sometimes have no logical explanation. They arise at the most inopportune moments and can lead you into a state of panic when there is no reason for this. Fear of heights, fear of enclosed or, conversely, open spaces, fear of water or fire, fear of insects or reptiles, fear of the dark, fear of getting sick, fear of public speaking, fear of driving a car or flying an airplane, and even fear of being scared, fear of panic, fear fear itself - all this is not so rare. If you are familiar with this, you know how exhausting these fears are, how they take away your strength, how they interfere with your life.

Dear ones, even the most ridiculous fears have a reason. Don’t scold, don’t reproach yourself for being afraid of something that, as you yourself understand, you shouldn’t be afraid of. Such fears act like a program, they are not subject to logic, and you cannot persuade yourself not to be afraid until you realize their true cause. This reason is always in the past. Moreover, most often it has to do with past incarnations, although it could also take place in the current one.

If some fears have haunted you since birth, if you simply do not remember a time when you did not have this fear, this means, most likely, that you took the fear with you from a past incarnation.



If you remember a time when you didn’t have this fear, and then it appeared from somewhere, most likely, a situation happened in your current life when you experienced this fear. But it may also be that the situation in this life only revealed the fear inherited from past incarnations.

If in the past you drowned, or died from fire, or fell from a height, or were publicly punished, you are born again with these fears. These fears, or phobias, come with you through the veil, through the process of death and rebirth. You forget the reasons - but fear remains and haunts you even where there is nothing to be afraid of.

Fear inherited from the past is frightening, but cannot harm you.

I will give you the key to getting rid of such fears. The key is to realize at the deepest levels: these fears did not kill you, the events that gave rise to these fears did not kill you. Even if they caused death in past incarnations, you are still alive! And you will always be alive, fears will never kill you.

This awareness will gradually erase the fear program at the cellular level. Despite the fact that you are born each time in a new body, the fear program is written precisely in the body, in its cells, because it is written on the energy-informational component of your DNA. That is why all phobias are distinguished by a pronounced reaction of the body. Your body is afraid and you feel it! Palpitations, trembling hands, spasms in the throat, weakness in the legs - all these are symptoms of phobias, and all this is associated with fear recorded at the level of the body.



Try not to run from these fears. Try to live them - and live with the feeling that you are able to go through fear without harm to yourself, that you will not remain forever in the situation that caused fear, that you will get out of it. Be aware of the sensations in your body, do not try to overcome them, accept them - and together with the awareness of the illusory nature of fear, you will work through them and get rid of them. Do this repeatedly and very soon you will feel the fear weaken and then leave you.

Exercise 1: Realize that you can move through fear without harming yourself.

Stay alone with yourself, relax, calm down, enter a state of peace. Realize that you are safe now, you have nothing to fear. Think about the fear that overcomes you most.

Imagine that you find yourself in a situation in which this fear usually manifests itself in you. For example: if you are afraid of water, imagine yourself in the water, in the sea or river, far from the shore; If you are afraid of heights, imagine yourself standing over a steep cliff; if you are afraid of the dark, imagine yourself in a dark room, etc.

Allow yourself to feel the usual symptoms of fear: heart palpitations, tension, trembling knees, etc. Admit to yourself that you are afraid, that this situation makes you afraid. Don’t hide from fear and don’t try to suppress its symptoms, live and feel them.

Then tell yourself: “I will come out of this situation safe and sound. Nothing can happen to me. I won't stay here. I will go through this fear and go free. I won't stay here. I'll get out of here. I will get out of here without any harm to myself. There is no danger. I go through this situation and come out of it.”

Imagine how you successfully get out of a dangerous situation: swim ashore, move away from a cliff (or gain wings and fly over the abyss), turn on the light in the dark, leave a closed room, etc.). Feel the freedom and joy that you have overcome fear, you have come out of it, it could not do anything to you.



When you learn to live such situations in your imagination, you can apply this technique in real life if this fear arises again: immediately remind yourself that you can get through this situation without harm to yourself, that you will not remain in fear will not defeat you; you will come out of it and be free.

Exercise 2. Eliminate fear from the body

Stay alone with yourself, take any comfortable and relaxed position, tune in to peace and tranquility. Feel comfortable and safe. Remember a situation where your fear manifests itself. Imagine that you find yourself in this situation. Allow the symptoms of fear to manifest in your body. Pay attention to which area of the body these symptoms are most noticeable and strongest.

Mentally direct the energy of light and love into this area of the body. Imagine how a soft glow spreads there and dissolves tension and discomfort. Imagine how this radiance penetrates every cell and permeates it through and through. Breathe deeply and measuredly.

Say out loud: “I am erasing the fear program from every cell of mine, I am erasing the fear program written in my DNA and replacing it with the light and love of God.” Repeat several times, continuing to imagine a soft glow, letting go of tension.

Return to this exercise periodically, repeat it even when the symptoms of fear appear in reality. Do it until the fear completely leaves your body.

Phobias will leave you when you move through your fear without fear.



Dear ones, we know that phobias can be very intrusive. This fear, inherited from the past, was given to you for a reason. It contains an important lesson for you. Until you complete this lesson, your fears will not leave you. The lesson is to remember: you are an immortal Spirit, and, remembering this, to walk through fear without fear. Stop being afraid when you find yourself in a situation that causes fear. As soon as you go through it without fear, the lesson will be considered completed. The fear will go away, it will leave you on its own.

Therefore, dear ones, do not hide from situations that threaten you with a repetition of this fear.

Remember: when you run from fear, the fear only gets stronger. When you go towards fear, it itself begins to run away from you.

I know how scary it can be for you when you are faced with situations that remind you of critical moments from your past lives. You don’t remember about this - and only your unmotivated fear reminds you: all this has already happened, you went through it, and it ended in tears for you.



Dear ones, when you realize that there are no sad endings, that everything that happens is for your benefit, and any catastrophes are illusory, it will be easier for you to meet such situations halfway. These situations will be repeated until you overcome your fears. This is how karma works - you are attracted to what you fear. Remember that these situations are not given to you as a punishment, not to harm you, not to destroy you. These situations are given so that you meet fear halfway, go through it and understand that fear is illusory, that there is nothing to be afraid of.

I will give you some tips that will help you boldly face such situations, not hide from fear, but face it with an open visor. Here they are.

? You can dispel the energy of fear without waiting until you find yourself in a situation corresponding to this fear. This can be done in several ways: you can burn the fear energy in an imaginary flame, or “burn” it by giving your body physical activity, or mentally dissolve it, or wash it away, or come up with your own ways to do this.

? You can transform fear into something else. For example, start to perceive your fear as an adventure or as a feat that you consciously undertake.

? You can change your perception of yourself: see yourself not as a victim of fear, but as a hero and winner who accepts the challenge thrown at him with dignity.

? You can transform the energy of fear into light and love, extract strength, courage, determination from it. Fear is energy, and it will obey you if you remember that you are masters of energy who can transform any energy into what is best for them or simply more pleasing to them.



Remember that you are masters and you are creators, which means you do not have to give in to fear. It is not he who owns you, but you who own him, and it will always be so, if you only want it.

Exercise 3. Dispel the energy of fear

In this exercise you will learn only one way to dispel the energy of fear. This method involves the work of creative imagination. Using your imagination, you can come up with other ways to dispel the energy of fear.

Think about a fear that you fear will happen again. Imagine that you are inflating a balloon and blowing all your fear into it. Mentally inflate the balloon until you feel that you have blown all the fear out of you and now it fits inside the balloon.

Say loudly: “ Fly away!” - and imagine that you are releasing the ball. It flies up and bursts there, scattering into millions of tiny particles, which immediately melt into space. There is no trace left of your fear.

Instead of the word “ Fly away!” "You can simply clap your hands loudly, or make some kind of loud sound, or say some other word of a similar meaning loudly and energetically (for example, " Get away! "). This exercise is good for helping to free yourself from fear on the eve of the event that usually provokes this fear.



Exercise 4: Become a Brave Conqueror of Fear

Be alone with yourself in a calm environment, enter a state of peace and comfort, feel safe. Think about a situation that makes you afraid. Imagine that it is not you who are afraid, but the little child who lives inside you. It's just a part of you that feels small and defenseless. But there is another you - strong, mature and fearless. Identify yourself with your Divine Self, with your true spiritual essence - this is your strong, adult, fearless Self.

Imagine that you are strong and fearless, feeling like a brave conqueror of fear, called upon to protect the frightened little child living inside you. Imagine yourself comforting and calming him down. Mentally tell him that he is completely safe with you. He is under your protection and can feel absolutely calm.

Then tell him that you and he are one. That you - strong and fearless - convey to a small child the qualities of a hero and a winner. He too can be like this and feel like this. Tell him that together you are an unstoppable force. No fear can withstand you.

In situations of fear or preceding it, often identify yourself with a brave, victorious hero who is able not only to overcome fear, but also to help others in this.

Dear ones, do not forget about the power of your intention . This power can dispel even the greatest fears. Remember that fears are illusory, that their strength is imaginary, you are much stronger and more powerful than any fear.
