Feel Love and Gratitude for Your Body
Judgment lowers your vibration and makes it more difficult to connect to your Superconsciousness, makes it more difficult to create beautiful experiences in your life. You have been programmed by your societies and by your religions to judge your physical body. You have been programmed, trained to judge your body. I don't like this. I don't like that. I'm too fat, too thin, too tall, too short. This is the wrong shape. That is the wrong shape. I wish my hair was different. All these self-judgments lower your vibration. Self-judgments are very destructive to your energy field. Do not judge self. In this moment, tune in to your physical body. Feel your body, and then say to your body, “I am sorry for all the judgments I have thrown at you. I love you. I send you my love right now.” Feel a love, a gratitude for this body.
