On various occasions, Archangel Michael has discussed leadership – world leadership.

He’s specifically talking about leadership in building Nova Earth and he’s directing his comments – I think – to you.

You know that he said some time ago that if lightworkers don’t step up to the task of leading, “then there is a massive vacuum.”

And it can’t easily be filled by those who aren’t lightworkers because “they do not have the training and insight to do it in a way that is achievable. … So there is a lack, a vacuum of leadership.” (1)

 We light workers need to fill that vacuum.

What’s the new paradigm of leadership, according to him? The new paradigm “is leadership with love.” (2)

Of course. Higher dimensionality is all about love and its various forms.

I said in an earlier article that there is a difference between a feeling and a divine state of being, (3) so, I suspect, there is also a difference between a divine state and love. I’m willing to bet that love will prove as much “higher” than a divine state as a divine state is than a feeling.

Can we test drive the new paradigm of leadership? What does it look and feel like?

“Leadership … is not telling people what to do. It is role modelling.” (4)

“The leader/leadership is the role modelling of love, of consideration, but of clarity.” (5)

Wonderful. But wait a minute. Does there even need to be a General?

“Does there need to be a General? Yes. Does there need to be someone who says yay or nay? Yes.

“But it is collaborative. It is based on values. It is based on an adherence to those values far beyond simply signing a contract.” (6)

So it’s not either a leader or no leader. It’s no leaders who lack ethical standards, no matter what other qualifications are adduced.

Leadership in the New Age, Michael says, will be value-based, not profit-based.

What do you want the leaders among the post-Reval financial stewards to do?

“The leaders who are the stewards are the ones who are holding the vision and leading the way so all of this can occur in an orderly – well, our idea of orderly; the Mother’s idea of orderly – fashion so that it does not create further chaos, further turmoil, further upheaval.” (7)

And what comes along with sound financial stewardship?

“Those who are in a position of stewardship, of beginning projects that lead the way to the building and the re-creation of what Nova Earth is truly about … become the spokesbeings for many.” (8)

For those who wish to fill that role! What signs or indications are you looking for from us stewards?

“If in your spiritual maturity, you go forth, and we believe you will (we strongly believe you will), [in the belief] that this unfoldment is underway and that you are demonstrating, not simply a primitive attitude or a tribal attitude but more of a global, universal attitude, then you are ready to not only meet with your star family but participate with them, their technology, their gifts, in community, to go forth in the next phase in the building of Nova Earth.

“That is why we have also said (this is an aside), there will be several waves of abundance.” (9)

And the galactics will be hosting projects?

“The galactics have no shortage of money and so there will be some very massive projects and the funds will be made available but they will really ask for human leadership in order to not be seen as trying in any way to assume control.” (10)

Hmmmm…. Intriguing. Possibilities.

Every field, every department, every organization needs a leader and who better qualified than lightworkers.

I wish I could multilocate.
