Yay Steve!!! Thank you for your courage to share your core issue right out in front of us. I’m inspired by, all your good work to face such battering invalidation shame from childhood experiences. After working outside in the Sun here removing thorny bushes, and weeds, I watched one of those many WWJD movies, and sobbed hot tears melting shame of my own.

Finally I was able to re-read our Emails back and forth from 2012, where we treated each other well, until my Mother issue, and your Father issue divided us. Just now I wanted to re-read your “Validating Oneself” post, and relax again, like they say enemies are, just friends we haven’t made yet.

Without my realizing it while I was WWJD themovie sobbing in old shame letting go relief about doing most of my work alone, that movie was painful to watch others, really supporting each other like a family could, if we asked together WWJD?
