In my reading with him on Oct. 1 through Linda Dillon, Archangel Michael reported on the progress of the Delegations:

Steve: Any update for the readers on the delegations?

Archangel Michael: The difficulty with the delegations is that this is very much what you think of as an undercover operation and it has need to be this way in order that there not be any level of interference; particularly, violence.

When we say political interference we also mean the military forces that become engaged in the various nations, and particularly the United States.

So the pre-meetings have been underway. The initial meetings have begun but they are being kept secret insofar as … think of it … we have often talked to you about using a switch as an analogy to explain when things are happening.

The public declarations of this presence will not simply come from one quadrant. It will come from all over the planet in a coordinated way when the time is right.

So it is already very successful.

Steve: So we won’t be seeing evidence of this for, what? A year perhaps?

AAM: The time frame is not written in stone, cement, or sand for that matter. It’s the awakening factor of the global population as well as the political climate [that matters]. So that the first and foremost, primary objective has to be that there is no violence.
