Remember to Elevate
As you free yourself, you elevate; you raise the frequency of consciousness within you. And as you elevate, you see yourself far, far more clearly. We have said to you so many times, it happens that only after the release of old limiting programs, only after the sudden insight, then the understanding comes. And so when you are grappling with your past in the throes of the frequencies that are so deeply uncomfortable for you, remember. Remember to elevate. Remember to reach for the elevated perspectives that can set you free.
