And now listen to the heartbeat of this new Earth...
Catch its rhythm...
Feel that your own heart, as if listening, begins to quietly adapt to it.

It seems to you that now they have merged together.
This is already one huge heart: your Mother Earth and yours, her beloved child.
Your hearts beat in unison...
They have the same vibrations, the same rhythm...
Sit like this longer, enjoy this feeling of complete unity with the Earth.
It's so beautiful and majestic...

Gradually, your single heart begins to beat in the same rhythm with your Galaxy, and then with the entire Universe...
Remember this rhythm and these sensations so that you can hold them within yourself for as long as possible...
Gradually learn to enter this state without meditation, so that in difficult moments of your life you can take refuge in the “womb” of Mother Earth and resonate with her vibrations.
