You can give it any shape.

Create with your imagination the ideal young and beautiful body of your dreams.

And then try to see the Earth of the Fifth Dimension as it was pictured in your imagination: the nature of pristine beauty - bright saturated greenery, rivers, lakes and seas with crystal clear transparent water, beautiful animals and birds...

And you yourself are an integral part of this incredible beauty and purity...

And now listen to the heartbeat of this new Earth...

Catch its rhythm...

Feel that your own heart, as if listening, begins to quietly adapt to it.

And then, having become bolder, it begins to beat stronger and more confidently, increasingly resonating with the heartbeat of your planet.

It seems to you that now they have merged together.

This is already one huge heart: your Mother Earth and yours, her beloved child.

Your hearts beat in unison...

They have the same vibrations, the same rhythm...

Sit like this longer, enjoy this feeling of complete unity with the Earth.

It's so beautiful and majestic...

And it’s so symbolic: The mother and child that she carries under her heart are her beloved blood, a piece of her...

Gradually, your single heart begins to beat in the same rhythm with your Galaxy, and then with the entire Universe...

Remember this rhythm and these sensations so that you can hold them within yourself for as long as possible...

Gradually learn to enter this state without meditation, so that in difficult moments of your life you can take refuge in the “womb” of Mother Earth and resonate with her vibrations.

And she will protect you from troubles and misfortunes, filling you with her maternal warmth and Love...
