Spread your wings! You have been given the power around which the world revolves.

You play different games on Earth, and now you have to see their illusory nature. Now you have to realize who you really are and what is happening in reality.

You were thrown into reality, as if into outer space, from the cozy familiar warmth, and you are a little confused. Dear ones, everything is fine. Everything goes according to the plan that you made. And what you need now is to find support within yourself.

Are you looking around and wondering what straw to grab onto? Are you looking for a safe haven, solid ground, and someone who will save you? Meanwhile, your salvation is not in this external world. From now on, the outside world is just a material, plastic clay, subject to the creators, that is, you, people. You are the owners of this material. You can do whatever you want with it. But there is no need to look for support in it. There is no such support there. This support is within you.

You are the center of the Universe. Each of you is the center of your own Universe. Do you feel what this means? Where the center is, there is the axis. Where the axis is, there is a support. By relying on your inner axis, you can change the world. If you are the axis, then the world will revolve around you, and not vice versa. Do you understand?

When you find your axis, you gain strength. You concentrate it inside yourself. When you look outside for support, you give away your power. When you look within yourself, you take back your power.

Unconditional self-acceptance is a prerequisite for gaining support

We have been given a center - strong, diamond-like, invulnerable to any storms and winds. Do you feel it within yourself? Not yet? Or do you feel it, but not clearly enough? Or are you not sure of its strength? Then the time has come for you to realize at a new level such an important thing as the need forunconditional acceptance of yourself.

Perhaps it seems to you that Kryon talks about the same thing all the time? That in many previous messages the topic of unconditional acceptance has already been exhausted? Dear ones, while you live on Earth, while you grow and develop, while you solve the problems facing you, this topic will not be exhausted. Be prepared for the fact that with each new stage of your development you will think about this topic in a new way.

Do you now think that you already understand everything about unconditional self-acceptance, about unconditional self-love, about the need for self-esteem? Be prepared for the fact that tomorrow, with the arrival of new energies in your life, you will say: “Oh, it turns out that this really means!”

At each new level, a new understanding arises - more complete and deeper. And most importantly, your ability to feel, and not just understand, the fundamental Divine truths is enhanced.

Never think that you have already understood everything and there is nothing more for you to understand. Do not limit your learning process by saying: “I already know everything.” With these words, you lower the barrier in front of you, making further movement impossible. Be open to new knowledge, be ready to rethink and experience in a new way what seemed quite known and understandable to you.

So, we are talking about unconditional self-acceptance not as some abstract concept, but as a very concrete feeling of support, center, strength and protection.

If your love for yourself is something for show, for others it is not unconditional love, and it will not give you unconditional self-acceptance and a sense of support. And only if your self-love does not depend on how others perceive you, and does not depend on anything at all, can it become unconditional.

Unconditional love is an internal feeling. Do you understand? It's the diamond that's inside of you. And no matter what happens outside, nothing can happen to him.

This is your Divine Center. Whether you know about it or not, you have it. But if you don't know about its existence, then you don't rely on it. And, therefore, you are deprived of the power that is in it. Having learned about its existence and felt it within yourself, you receive such strength and support that no external events will unsettle you.

Say to yourself, “I Am,” and repeat several times. Concentrate on these words and direct your attention inward.

This feeling – “I Am” – is inside you. It's not somewhere outside. It is not reflected in the mirror. It is not reflected in the eyes of other people. Only you can give it to yourself - you yourself, and no one else.

And you have every right to feel confident! Your inner stability is something that you should rightfully acquire. And she does not depend on anyone or anything.

It's time to free yourself from the influence of other people's opinions

I, dear ones, I know how difficult it is for you to gain confidence and stability that does not depend on anyone or anything. I know how you are used to being guided by the opinions of other people about you, by the rules accepted in your environment. I know how often you lose your confidence, how the ground can disappear from under your feet if you suddenly stop meeting these rules in some way.

If these rules dictate that you should make a career, have a family and children, buy an expensive car - and you don’t have this, then you feel “somehow different”, begin to think that you are living wrong, and lose self-confidence .

But, dear ones, all these so-called “rules” are nothing more than deceptive pictures on the walls of your cocoon. You have long become greater than any rules. You have grown out of the cocoon. It's time to stop depending on what was painted on its walls!

There is no such thing as right or wrong life. Your life has already been a success, it has taken place, it has great meaning and great significance, regardless of any rules. Please stop measuring the value of your life depending on what is painted on the walls of the cocoon! Your life is priceless - just like you, no matter what. You must be absolutely sure of this.

If you still depend on other people's opinions and other people's attitudes, this means you are driven by fear. There is no need to blame yourself for this, because such fears are genetically and historically determined. This is the age-old fear of being an outsider, of being rejected by your own kind. But if in the old energies this fear was somehow justified, now it is not. Now you have become so strong that you yourself can influence the process of acceptance by others. Whether others will accept you or not depends only on whether you accept yourself.

You don't have to try to please others anymore. You just need to learn to accept yourself, regardless of how other people treat you. And then this attitude will change - in accordance with your attitude towards yourself.



To get rid of the fear of other people's opinions, look at this fear through the eyes of the Spirit. Step back from yourself, connect with your Divine Self, and direct the light of its attention to your fears and addictions. You will see that these fears and addictions only come from a lack of unconditional love for yourself. As you lovingly accept yourself as you are, fears and addictions will go away.

And most importantly, try to understand that nothing depends on someone’s opinion about you.

No one can influence you if you don't want to. Let others think what they want about you. Don't let this bother you at all. Their thoughts, words and feelings are their responsibility, not yours. You can always say: “I don’t give myself up to this.” And continue to go your own way, independent of any opinions.

Follow your truths. Go your own way. Do your thing. Walk firmly on the ground. And let others say what they want.

Report to yourself, to the Spirit, the Most High. But not in front of other people.

Dear ones, I talk about this so much and in detail, because the habit of depending on other people’s opinions blocks your further movement towards earthly paradise. Now you have reached the point where it is time to free yourself from this completely and irrevocably.

Say “I Am” and feel the support, feel your center. You have to spread your wings and fly to a new world. What does a bird need to fly smoothly, freely and high? Balance is required, centering is required.

It is within your power to calibrate your energy so that you feel the center as a support, a core, and as a guarantee of your balance.

Energy shell - your angel wings

Having found your center, you have to spread your wings!

Of course, we understand wings in a metaphorical sense. Did you know that angels don't actually have wings? What people who have the gift of seeing angels mistook for wings is actually a shining energy shell. Which both angels and people have. Which is not at all surprising, dear ones, - after all, you people are actually angels, although you have forgotten about it!

You forgot about your wings, about your energy shell. From oblivion it became weaker, but still did not disappear. You stopped using it, stopped being aware of it, and therefore became weaker and more defenseless than you really are. It's time to regain your strength. The time has come to restore your energy shell so that it becomes not only a continuation of you in space, but also a reliable “capsule” that allows you to freely and easily travel in new dimensions of planet Earth.

This energy shell in some of your traditions is called Merkabah. Note that Kryon does not use this term. Moreover, Kryon does not adhere to your accepted idea of the strict geometric shape of the Merkabah. Yes, the shape of the energy shell can indeed be called geometric, because it does not look like a shapeless cloud, it is in fact clearly calibrated and obeys mathematical laws.



But at the same time, this form is not constant, it is capable of changing - without losing its strict accuracy, that is, the underlying mathematical laws.

Does this seem strange and incomprehensible to you? These are the laws of the multidimensional world, dear ones. They are not always clear from the point of view of three-dimensional logic.

Your energy shell is multidimensional. And she is very beautiful! It shines and shimmers with many colors and shades. Moreover, each of you has your own colors, unique and inimitable. There are no two identical energy shells. Each of you is the only one in the Universe.

The energy shell reflects your true essence. This is what we see when we look at you. Oh, how beautifully you shine! You have no idea about your beauty. But we see it and admire you.

The energy shell is a manifestation of your Spirit. This is not only the clothing of your Spirit, it is its material embodiment. And when we talk about your high vibrational double, we mean the level of vibration of your energetic shell. By increasing the level of its vibrations, you acquire a “double” who is present not only in the Divine dimensions, but also here on Earth. By raising the level of its vibrations, you thereby bring Divine dimensions to Earth.

Sometimes the energy shell is called a means of moving between dimensions. But now you can move around in it without leaving the Earth. Realize the presence of your double here on Earth, without leaving embodiment.

Then you will clearly feel that your human essence has a continuation into other dimensions. Then you will achieve true immortality. You will not only know about immortality, but feel your immortal essence within yourself, live in it, and not in a mortal biological shell. Do you understand? Thanks to this, the biological shell ceases to be perishable. You get a chance for Ascension in a human body.

May much still be incomprehensible and incomprehensible for you, dear ones! But you are moving in the right direction. As you progress, awareness and understanding will come. In the meantime, you should be aware of your energy shell and strengthen it.

It's not that difficult! No complicated technology is needed. Concentrate on your center. And mentally direct the energy from it around you, filling the space with it.



Where your attention is, there is energy. Keep your attention within yourself. Hold it, don't let yourself be knocked out of the center. And you will begin to concentrate energy. Fill the space with the energies of God's love and light. And increase the saturation of these energies as much as you can.

If you feel comfortable, you can imagine yourself inside a glowing pyramid, or two intersecting pyramids, one cone up, the other down. This is how your traditions depict Merkabah. But remember that this image is very conventional.

The main thing is that the energy shell represents a majestic, grandiose and very beautiful picture of multidimensional space, which, in fact, is you. Imagine this magnificent glow, the play of light and color. Feel this energy as living, mobile, plastic, and at the same time dense, giving you a feeling of strength and protection.

These are your wings, dear ones, your angel wings! You are not afraid of anything when they are deployed in full force. Relying on your own center, with powerful wings deployed, you are ready for a grandiose flight through the spaces of new dimensions of planet Earth. And there is no problem that you cannot solve.

Practice Exercise "Center Setup"

Stay alone with yourself, close your eyes, direct your attention inward. Mentally say “I Am.” Either “I am” or “This is Me” - depending on which formulation resonates better in your soul.

Imagine that in this way you designate your true essence, your confident presence in the world, your right to exist, and your right to protect your borders.

Focus your attention completely within yourself and imagine that you are in your Divine family. At this moment there is no one and nothing in the world except you, your Divine family and God. Your existence is your dialogue with God. No one and nothing can interfere with this dialogue and disrupt it. You are a communication channel, absolutely protected and confident.

Repeat several more times, first silently, then out loud: “I Am” (“I am”, “This is I”).

Imagine that your center is the source and focus of Divine unconditional love. As long as you remain in the center, nothing but Divine love can penetrate you. Thus, this is a place of absolute invulnerability and immunity from other people's influences.

Practice being centered every day and strengthening your sense of center in all circumstances.

Exercise “Liberation from other people’s opinions”

It is dependence on other people's opinions that prevents us from finding a center and staying in it constantly. If we depend on other people’s opinions, then our energy goes, firstly, to this very fear of not liking someone, and secondly, to creating an external image, or mask, designed to please others. Because of this, energy dissipates and goes from inside to outside. This is a direct path to becoming a “person without a core” - that is, subject to other people’s influences, unstable, weak, relying too much on others and not on oneself.

First you need to realize: dependence on other people’s opinions is a disguised fear. It is easier to cope with emotions when we give them an accurate definition.

Then turn your attention inward, connect with the center and identify yourself with Spirit. If it will be easier, imagine that you are going beyond the limits of the material world, as if taking a step into another, higher dimension, into the world of Divine love. From there, from the world of Divine love, look at your fear with the eyes of the Spirit.

Determine what you are afraid of: for example, that someone will not like you. Determine where approximately this feeling of fear is located in your body. Look with love and compassion towards yourself.

Remind yourself that you are a manifestation of God on Earth, that you are loved and perfect, and therefore fear is unnecessary. There is nothing stopping you from getting rid of it.

Imagine how, in the light of Divine love, the energies of fear begin to tremble, like water through which ripples have passed, or like warm air trembling over the surface of hot asphalt. Gradually they disintegrate and melt, disappearing from your life.

This way you can quickly get rid of any fear and dependence on other people's opinions.

If you didn’t manage to get rid of it the first time, repeat for several days in a row, but don’t be too zealous or try too hard. Don't drive away fear by willpower, just allow it to dissolve in the light of Divine love.

Exercise “Setting up the energy shell”

To make it easier to adjust the energy shell, you can mentally place yourself inside two intersecting triangular pyramids, but you must remember that this form is very conventional.



Close your eyes, focus on your inner center, say “I Am” and concentrate the energy within yourself. Remove yourself from all external influences. Imagine that the outside world has temporarily disappeared.

Imagine that you direct a beam of this concentrated energy from the top of your head upward - not high, about half a meter (note: this way you form only the initial size of the energy shell; in the future, as your strength increases, it will increase).

Mentally fix the top of the pyramid there. Then imagine that from this top point you alternately direct three rays down (two on the sides behind the back, one in front of the center of the body), diagonally, corresponding to the edges of the pyramid, to approximately the level of the knees, where the base of the pyramid lies.

Then mentally direct a beam of energy from the base of your tailbone down, imagining that it goes to a distance of about half a meter below your feet.

Then, from this point, mentally direct alternately three rays diagonally upward, corresponding to the faces of this second (inverted) pyramid, two rays sideways and forward, one behind the center of the body, to chest level, where the base of this pyramid is located.

Having created the desired configuration, discard the image of the pyramids, do not hold on to it. Imagine that you are inside a glowing, shimmering, clearly structured space. His energies are light and transparent, and at the same time they have great power. Take a few breaths and exhales, imagining that you are concentrating the energy inside this space, not allowing it to blur or leave you. Do not lose your focus on the center.



You have created the energetic body of your Spirit - a high vibrational double. This is an eternal, immortal, multidimensional body in which you can travel through dimensions and create a new multidimensional world of Divine energies on Earth. These are your wings and protection. With their help and relying on the center, you can fly very high and achieve a lot.
