Meditative exercises for harmonizing relationships with other people

"The truth is that you all love each other"

Dear Ones, on Earth you are playing a game called Life. And you play out a lot of dramas that are primarily related to your relationships. You enjoy drama because it makes you feel more alive. But please remember often that this is just a game! You sometimes play games and become too immersed in the energies of enmity and hatred. Meanwhile, at any moment you can emerge from this addictive whirlpool and again find yourself in the energies of love - those inherent in you initially, those that you brought from the Divine home.

Remember that you, humanity, are one. You just can't help but love each other! Cells of the same organism cannot help but love each other. If they begin to quarrel, the body gets sick and dies. You simply cannot afford enmity, because by enmity with another, by hating another, you are harming yourself. It cannot be otherwise, because you are all one.

Remember that enmity is just a game, hatred is just a game, misunderstanding, dislike are just a game. And behind this game, behind this appearance, the truth is hidden, which is that everything is love and you are all loved by each other.

Whatever happens in your relationships with each other, rise above materiality and look at what is happening through the eyes of the Spirit. And you will see how the gray shadows will dissipate, how the light of love will flare up. Carry it in your heart! Bring it into all your relationships. Everything will change. You can create heaven for yourself, and it is in your heart. It is up to you to ensure that paradise reigns in your life. Take a step in the direction of love...Spirit will help you take all the other steps.

Exercise 1. Gently resolving relationship problems

This exercise should be performed when you want to resolve some problems between yourself and another person, get rid of grievances, free yourself from unwanted influences, and get out of a conflict.

Imagine a person with whom you have an unwanted relationship. Remember all your feelings associated with this person. Determine where the dissonant energies associated with these unpleasant sensations are located in your inner space. Bring the energies of light and love from your Divine Center to this area. If necessary, help these energies transform with some physical action or sound.

Imagine this person again. Send him the energies of light and love from your Divine center. Add your gratitude to these energies. Say silently or out loud: “ Thank you for the lesson you provided me with.” Thank you for the fact that the problems and troubles you caused contribute to my enlightenment, spiritual growth and development. But now the lesson is over. I deserve better treatment. I no longer need the dissonant energies you deliver. I return them to you and sever the ties between us. Let it be so."

With these words, you can imagine that you are breaking (cutting or cutting in any way) the energetic threads connecting you and this person. Then imagine that there is a wall of flame between you and him.

Reconnect with your Divine Center and mentally fill your entire body with radiant golden or silver energies. Imagine these energies creating a protective cocoon around your body. Inside this cocoon you feel enveloped in love, peaceful and protected.



After completing this exercise, you may notice that your relationship with this person will change for the better, or he will stop bothering you. Repeat the exercise every time you notice that dissonant energies have appeared in your relationship with someone.

Exercise 2: See Your Relationships Through the Eyes of Divine Love

Deep down, all people love each other. But, having come to Earth, we forget about this and succumb to the illusions of enmity, rejection, misunderstanding and even hatred. All of them give rise to many conflicts and problems. There is no other way out of them except to remember our original unity, about the love that we all experience for each other while being in the Divine house. Bringing this love to Earth is the most important task for each of us.

The exercise is designed to be performed precisely in such difficult situations from which there seems to be no way out. Try to look at this stalled relationship through the eyes of the Spirit, from the dimension of love, as if you were in the Divine home. The exercise can be done frequently, in relation to any relationship you enter into.

Find a time and place for solitude, take a comfortable position, breathe deeply, freely and calmly to relax and calm your thoughts. Connect with your Divine center, ask the Almighty to envelop you in a cocoon of energies of love and light of God, ask your cells to accept this energy and be illuminated from within.

Think about a person with whom your relationship leaves much to be desired, worries you and worries you, and you don’t know what to do to improve it. Imagine this person in front of you and mentally surround him with light. Imagine that you are talking to him not as a person, but with him as a Divine essence. Turn to his Divine essence and say (mentally or out loud): “ I know that you really love me. I love you too ".

You may not be able to say these words right away, perhaps it will be difficult for you to say them sincerely. But if you focus on saying them from your Divine essence, and address the Divine essence of another person, you will cope with the task easily. Moreover, you instantly realize that this is true - at the level of the Divine essence you love each other, it cannot be otherwise.

Continue: “ I know: everything you do, you really do out of love for me. Tell me: what's the lesson? Help me understand: How should I change to pass this lesson? What imperfections are there within me that I need to correct so that you can change your behavior towards me? »



Remember: your job is not to reproach another for their behavior and force them to change. He simply cannot change his behavior and attitude towards you until you change from within. After all, his task is to push you towards these changes. And until you change, he won’t change either.

Having asked these questions, turn to the Almighty with the words: “ Dear God, dear Spirit, Almighty, Creator (choose any address that seems most suitable to you), help me hear and correctly understand the answers given to me .” Then establish inner silence and listen to the space. Maybe a thought, or a sensation, or a flow of energy will come to you, or maybe you won’t feel anything - but know that at some level the answer has been accepted and at the right moment you will definitely realize it. Regardless of the result, turn to the Almighty and say: “ Thank you, Creator .”

Then spend as much time thinking about the answers to your questions as it takes to understand them fully. You can interrupt and return to this comprehension again and again. If you cannot realize it right away, in the evening before going to bed, tell yourself: “ Tomorrow morning I will wake up and know the answers to the questions (formulate the questions again and repeat them) .” After that, go to sleep, and in the morning return to understanding the questions.

The answers will definitely come to you. As soon as they come, immediately begin to act in accordance with these answers.

If you find what you need to change in yourself in order to change the relationships that do not suit you, if you begin to act for the sake of these changes, these relationships will change for the better very quickly; or the person who creates discomfort for you will simply disappear from your life.

Exercise 3. Meditation for liberation from pathological, painful connections

Do this exercise whenever you feel dissonant, mental or physical, or both, after communicating with someone. This will help you restore a normal harmonious state and get rid of diseases associated with it, as well as prevent the possible occurrence of diseases. This exercise also helps if the dissonant state is associated with some kind of communication in the past, regardless of whether this communication continues to this day or not.

Create a cozy, comfortable environment for yourself and make yourself comfortable. Close your eyes, breathe evenly and measuredly. Mentally move into your comfortable and protected healing space.

Relaxed and calm, connect with your Divine center. Imagine that you are in a beam of light, which represents the energy of God's love and light. Feel protected, protected, loved.

Then imagine that in front of you, but not very close, but at some distance, you see a person, under whose influence you began to feel uncomfortable (your mood has worsened, or you are tormented by obsessive thoughts about this person, mentally you continue the dialogue with him, you have developed negative emotions associated with this person, you have lost confidence in yourself after communicating with him, and/or symptoms of physical illness have appeared).

Mentally send the love and light of God to this person. Imagine that these energies surround him like a cocoon. No dissonant energies can penetrate through this cocoon from him to you.

Mentally turning to this person, say: “ I wish you well. I wish you love and light. I no longer place myself at your disposal. I no longer expose myself to your imbalance. I leave your dissonant energies for you to work through yourself. It's not mine, I don't need it. I am at the disposal of only the love and light of God, and I leave you to go your own way .”

Now imagine that a wall of cold violet flame stands between you and this person. The flame grows very quickly and obscures the entire space in front of you. You see how in this space, engulfed in violet flame, flashes occur here and there, like small explosions - all those dissonant energies that connected you with this person burn out. The explosions gradually become less frequent, then stop altogether, and the flames gradually subside. When the wall of flame disappears, you see that this person is no longer in front of you.



Breathe a little more calmly and measuredly and evaluate your condition: has it improved? Does this person still evoke any emotions? If yes, repeat the exercise after a while - not necessarily on the same day, but maybe the next.

Repeat this exercise as many times as necessary so that your inner balance is restored, and this person stops causing negative emotions, obsessive thoughts, etc. But just be sure to take breaks between repetitions and do not perform the exercise more than three times during the day, and Spend no more than two to three minutes at a time visualizing the flame itself. Although the violet flame does not deplete your energies, but rather strengthens them while purifying them, the very effort spent on visualization can lead to fatigue if you overdo it.

Please note: the violet flame cannot in any way harm the person with whom you are breaking dissonant ties, but on the contrary, will benefit it, just like you.

Exercise 4. Creating and embodying the image of an ideal relationship

Everything material is first created on subtle planes, on energy-informational levels. The same goes for relationships. If you want to improve your relationships with your loved ones, if you want a new, perfect relationship to come into your life, start creating it first in your imagination, using visualization, and then use intention to bring this “project” to life. To do this, it is enough to devote some time to this exercise every night, before falling asleep.

First stage. Close your eyes, take a comfortable, relaxed position, drive away extraneous thoughts and begin to imagine your perfect image. This image should correspond to how you would like to be, how you would like to see yourself. How would you like to feel? How would you like to look? How would you like to behave in order to always be satisfied with yourself and your behavior?

Imagine all this coming true. Mentally create an image of yourself, endowed with all those perfect qualities that you dream of. Imagine seeing this image in front of you. This is your energy-informational double, embodying all the best qualities and reflecting your best health and sense of self.



It’s okay if the first time you don’t get this image to be clear, bright and complete enough. You will develop it and supplement it every night. The main thing is to feel the ideal state of health that you dream of.

Second phase . Holding the ideal image of yourself, say mentally: “ I express my firm intention to connect with my ideal energy-informational double. Ideal energy-informational double, I ask you to connect with my physical body and become one with me .” Then imagine how the image you created is combined with your physical body and connects with you on a cellular level.

Third stage. Now your task is to create an image of the perfect relationship that you would dream of creating with your loved ones. Imagine how you, in your perfect image, create such a relationship. What kind of relationship is this? How would you like to see your behavior and the behavior of your loved ones in these relationships? Remember that an ideal relationship is one based on unconditional love and nothing else. Imagine how you communicate with each other on the basis of Divine love, mutual respect, understanding, sympathy, warmth. Imagine how this makes you feel.

It doesn't matter if your relationship isn't like that in reality. Imagine that they are already like that. Create a tangible energy-informational image of such a new, perfect relationship.

Fourth stage. State your intention: “ I am bringing into reality the image of a perfect relationship with ... (name) created by me .”

Fifth stage (optional). Imagine an ideal relationship with those people whom you have not yet met, but would like to meet in your life (if you dream of meeting like-minded people, kindred spirits, loving and understanding people). Feel how you will behave, what you will think and feel in such a relationship. Set your intention to attract these relationships into your earthly life.

The final stage. Turn to God, Spirit, your Divine Self, asking for help in this work and in realizing your intentions. Express your gratitude for this help.

Continue this work every night (for any period of time), striving for the images you create to become brighter and more distinct, to take on flesh and blood. Do this until your intentions begin to come true. Afterwards, you can also continue this work, adjusting the images of ideal relationships you have created as necessary.
