Today we move on to practices designed to revive your Divine body, which is no less important in our Trinity than its other components.

After all, it is your body that is the seat of the Spirit and Soul, you just forgot about it, plunging into the dense three-dimensional world for so many centuries.

As I already said, every organ of your body is a projection of some part of the Universe.

We will not dwell on this in detail, since at the moment the practical side of this issue is more important to you, but in due time the truth will be revealed to you in full.

For now, let's start small. We will fill each organ of your body with the energy that corresponds to its counterpart in the Universe.

The practice that I will give you now is universal, and it can be used both with each organ separately and with all of them together.

But, of course, first of all you need to work with those parts of your body that need healing.

Let's call our practice “Universal Doubles”.

It should be carried out slowly, being in a calm and harmonious state.

Sit in meditation, completely relax, breathe deeply, call on all your Heavenly helpers and... dissolve in the Spirit - in this ringing silence, in the boundless Space, in the all-consuming energy of Love...

Imagine yourself as a golden grain of sand in this majestic, beautiful and eternal Divine space...

Your body is weightless...

You soar in this airy “ocean” of Love freely, like a bird, and you see around you myriads of the same golden grains of sand...

The feeling that you are not alone in the Universe fills you with happiness and joy.

You feel that all these Souls are so dear to you, as if they were parts of yourself.

Each of them radiates such Boundless Love that it takes your breath away and your whole being is filled with grace...

And only having achieved such a state of complete bliss and Unity with the Universe and all its inhabitants, you move on to the second part of this practice.

Ask the universal double of that organ of your body that needs healing to fill it with its vibrations, dissolve all the negative energies that have accumulated in it over the years of living in the three-dimensional world, and share its healing, beneficial cosmic energy of Light and Love...

And then just enjoy the feeling of being filled with this energy...

It will begin to enter your body in warm, gentle, slow and measured pulsating waves...

Regulate this flow and these waves. Talk to them.

They are alive. They have consciousness of the highest vibrations.

Ask them to focus their energy on what worries you most.

You will definitely feel the feedback – at least energetically...

And let this reunion with your universal counterparts be the first step on your path to transforming your third density physical bodies into Divine light crystalline bodies.
