To be yourself means to laugh when it’s funny and cry when it hurts, and not the other way around. To be yourself means to follow the path that your heart tells you. To be yourself means to trust yourself. To be yourself means to realize the desires of your Spirit. To be yourself means to be happy.

There is no other way to happiness except to be yourself.

Each of you was born to be yourself. Only in this case does life acquire true meaning. Many of you ask: how to find your true self? There is no need to search, the true you is not lost anywhere, the true you is always with you. You just need to throw off everything superficial, all that husk under which the core is hidden - you are who you are. And you know who you are and what you are like, don't you?

Verbal formulas to help you be yourself

? I am who I am. I am perfect in the eyes of God, being part of the Divine whole. I came to Earth to realize myself here, and only myself, in those qualities, abilities and properties that were given to me from God.

? I am unique and inimitable in my energy characteristics. I represent a unique vibration in the world that no one else has but me. I came to Earth to let this vibration sound the way it was meant to sound.

? I am part of Divine humanity, one of many, and yet one with the whole. I am no worse or better than others, and at the same time I am special, unique. I treat myself with care and value my uniqueness, trusting my Divine Self.

? Let the Divine “I” guide me so that my every step, action, every deed is mine and only mine, peculiar only to me. I came to Earth to show myself here as I am. I like to express myself because I like to be who I am.

? I am part of the whole, but I am not like anyone else. I am me and I like to be myself. I am good the way I am, I give myself the right to be myself and live in love and harmony with myself and with the world.
