Compassion is so needed right now. Compassion for yourself, for all that you have lived through. For all those things which you have been challenged by, hurt by, limited by, and yet here you are. Compassion is love and wisdom combined. You have the wisdom to know that even though life has been a struggle in many ways, you have grown through it. You have brought yourself here because of it, to this place of awakening. So, rather than going the old way of judging yourself, love yourself. Bring the wisdom and the love, which is compassion for who you are and how you are, and the love for who you are becoming.
