Each one of you needs to appreciate who you have become. It is for you to love you as you are, in order to allow yourself to see those parts that you are hiding from yourself. This process of becoming free is a process of understanding self. This process of becoming free moves slowly, slowly, step by step. Each little step needs to be honored and celebrated.
