The energies of Change are very strong and are touching everyone. Perhaps more accurately than “touching”, they are “gushing’ from the inside out.

They are requiring, no “demanding”, that you make change. Change towards the greater empowerment of your sovereignty over your own energies. Your greater alignment to YOURSELF.

To put aside All the distractions and especially the fearful playing out of the “outside”, the great human drama.

It is your ego mind that is asking all your questions and wants to know. That wants to fix what appears to be “wrong”.

We are all feeling these energies of change and sometimes they affect us bodily, emotionally and mentally.

But there is “NOTHING WRONG”.

We are learning to work with our own energy. This is your responsibility. Your destiny is in your hands, nobody else’s.

So it is first about just allowing these energetic experiences to be what they are without having to have reason or explanation. To become the Observer of your own experience.

In other words drop the notions that there is something Wrong.

Then to watch and feel what you feel, without delving into the why’s and wherefores.

Then to say: “What can I think, feel or do in this next moment that will align me to who and what I desire to be. To what makes me experience the deeper more centred ME.

And, for example as you go inside, from fear there is a shift to anger or frustration, and from anger you feel your uniqueness, and from uniqueness you feel empowered, and from empowered you feel understanding, and from understanding comes the Compassion for yourself, and from Compassion you feel the Love that you ARE.

Little moves are all that is required and they are huge in these times.

It is Trust in Yourself, Trust in Life, and Trust in the Universe.

There is a Great Divine Plan, you are on track, The LIGHT HAS ALREADY WON.

Join in with the Celebrations, Be Present and allow the Divine to do ALL THE HEAVY LIFTING.
