How to work with the Violet Flame:Before you begin to speak the words of command, sit in a comfortable straight-backed chair (or chair) in a well-lit room where you will not be disturbed, make sure that it is neat, tidy and well ventilated. Keep your back and head straight, your arms and legs do not cross, your feet are completely on the floor. Poor posture opens the mind to negative forces because the solar plexus, which is the gateway of emotions, is out of control. Keep the decrees at eye level to avoid leaning over while reading. If your hands remain free, place them palms up, receiving the blessings of God through the Lords.

Pronounce the commands slowly and clearly, without tension, until you can fully understand the meaning of its contents. Then focus on the rhythm and start saying it faster. You will see how your mind can learn to follow concepts with lightning speed and the release of power that comes as you read with more and more ease. It is also important to breathe deeply and evenly, using the power of God's fiery breath to project Light through your body into the outer world to bless all living things with the magnetization of God's energy focused through your own heart flame.

Decrees are spoken by man because it is the power of the Word - and no other force in the Universe - that is capable of creating, resurrecting, transmuting and perfecting the Divine Image in the sons and daughters of God. Therefore, decrees must always be pronounced aloud, and only when this is not possible, they are pronounced silently. 7. Words flow from the throat center. This center should be visualized as emitting an electric blue ray. During the utterance of decrees, concentration is extremely important, for in order to fulfill the spoken Word, the energies of the Presence spread through the flow of a person's attention. At all times when you pronounce decrees, the center of your attention should be in the flame of the heart, for here is your own individual focus of God's power, wisdom and love. Pronouncing decrees is a matter of the heart and devotion of a person.

If the attention is fixed on the desired manifestation and the eye of the mind visualizes the command of the manifestation, the results will be infinitely more effective than when the thoughts are scattered, the senses are distracted, and the eye wanders around the room.

Give the Violet Flame 15 minutes daily and it will multiply tenfold. You can devote more than 15 minutes to the violet flame, but this divine grace comes only after fifteen minutes of invocation. The 15 minutes count only the time when you continuously pronounce the decree itself . This does not include opening and closing words or interjections from your personal prayers.

Violet Flame Technique:

1. Choose a health problem (yours or another person’s) into which you will direct the violet flame. This can be either an illness (injury) or an area of physical or emotional stress or discomfort. If you are in good health, then this technique can be used by you to further improve your condition.

You can also use a photograph of the area of the body or organ into which you will direct the healing light of the violet flame, or a photograph of the person for whose healing you are praying.

2. Concentrate on yourself and consciously focus your attention and energy on your Heart Point . You can place your hand on your heart to better focus your attention on your heart.

Take a few deep, slow breaths in and out until you feel calm and focused on your goal.

3. Opening Prayer:

Close your eyes and try to visualize the flame and see the violet flame surrounding and penetrating into the depths of your heart.

Then, direct the violet flame from your heart to the state (situation) that you have named. You can use a picture or photograph. Place your left hand on your heart and your right hand on the photo. Visualize how the violet flame emanating from your heart is directed along your right forearm, arm, hand, and into the problem area.

5. Read the following Statement for five minutes or more! It is necessary to read loudly, rhythmically, energetically:
