The magic of gratitude.

Let's dedicate as much time as possible every day to being grateful for all the good things in our lives. If you don't have enough good things in your life right now, there will be more. It's a win-win situation. You are happy - and the Universe is happy. Gratitude increases your wealth.

As I continue to extend my gratitude to everyone in my past and present, I begin to see that everything around me is in harmony. I begin to understand that what I condemned as harmful and unfair was in fact a misunderstanding, an incorrect judgment based solely on my perception, the limits of which are limited.

Gratitude is truly like a gearbox that can shift our mental mechanism from obsessive ideas to peace, from inability to do anything to creativity, from fear to love.

Jesus explained a highly important metaphysical principle, the real key to wealth. He taught the importance of focusing on what we have or want rather than what we don't have or don't want.

I know that the more I am willing to give thanks for even the smallest things in my life, the more often more seems to appear on its own in unexpected ways. Every day I expect many surprises that continue to appear in my life!

When we give thanks for the circumstances and events in our lives that we must overcome, and at the same time realize that the grace of wisdom descends upon us from this test, the very act of gratitude turns a negative experience into a positive one. When we express gratitude, we attract people and circumstances for which we will be grateful. This is the magic of gratitude.

THREE LEVELS OF GRATITUDE

FIRST is gratitude for ALL THE GOOD things that we have received and that are happening to us.

THE SECOND is GRATITUDE FOR the ordinary, LITTLE NOTICEABLE.

Do you thank yourself for doing exercises or taking a walk in the park?

Do you thank your loved ones for the evening spent together, for the coffee poured, or simply for the fact that you have them?

Have you given thanks for the sun, the rain, the new day?

We are NOT used to giving thanks for things that seem ordinary to us.

This level is more difficult, because in this case you have to be MORE ATTENTIVE to the DETAILS of your life and environment, constantly notice SOMETHING GOOD even in what seems ORDINARY.

THIRD LEVEL, the most difficult, is the ability to THANK YOU for TROUBLES, misfortunes, sorrows and grievances.

Give thanks as for EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OPPORTUNITY to change something in your life and in yourself, as for a life LESSON.

You can thank people who displease you for the fact that they, like mirrors, SHOW YOU YOUR SECRET TRAITS.

WHAT DOES THE HABIT OF SHOWING GRATITUDE DO?

· Generates in us the DESIRE TO FOCUS on the BEST, to notice the positive.
· Awakens POSITIVE EXPECTATIONS.

When we get used to noticing the positive, our SUBCONSCIOUS CHANGES, and gradually we begin to EXPECT POSITIVE EVENTS from the world.

THE ENERGY OF Gratitude is one of the HIGHEST VIBRATIONAL ENERGIES.

Sincere Gratitude, coming from the very heart, brings so much Love to the person who has done something good for you, which significantly INCREASES not only your OWN VIBRATIONS, but also the ONE TO WHOM it is ADDRESSED.

And we are talking here specifically about the ENERGY OF GRATITUDE, and not about words that can have a variety of shades characteristic of the dual world: from politeness and praise, to ingratiation and humiliation.

But the MOST VALUABLE, HIGHEST VIBRATIONAL energy of Gratitude is born when a person THANKS FOR THE EVIL CAUSED TO HIM, which HELPS him REACH TO A NEW LEVEL of his spiritual DEVELOPMENT.

As you already know, life's trials TEMPERATE your SPIRIT and help your Soul gain the experience for which it CAME TO EARTH.

And if you fully realize this and perceive your offender as YOUR TEACHER, then show truly Divine Gratitude towards him, which will elevate not only you, but also him.

But quite often in life it happens that a person who hurt you painfully later becomes your friend.

And this happens because instead of the energy of rejection and aggression, you sent him the energy of Love, which dissolved all his negative thoughts and emotions towards you.

Thanks to you, the energy of aggression did not return back to this person according to the law of similarity.

In response, he received the energy of Love from you and, having dissolved in it, he himself was attracted to you in a completely different capacity - your friend.

THIS IS HOW THE LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE WORK, knowing which, you can simulate any situation - sometimes unexpected and even paradoxical.

YOU ARE THE CREATORS OF YOUR REALITY.

You are quite capable of TRANSFORMING an enemy into a friend, and a tragic situation into a comic one - you just have to CHANGE THE ENERGY VECTOR of your PERCEPTION of the situation and the associated behavior.

And it is very important to TEACH YOUR CHILD THIS, showing him by your own EXAMPLE how unexpected your reactions to people and various circumstances can be.

Let your baby see how a PERSON CHANGES before his eyes, if you respond to his rudeness with a gentle smile, and if you perceive the difficulties that arise in your life with humor and even find positive moments in them.

So gradually your children will learn to be grateful not only for the pleasant things in their life, but also for the LESSONS that it will invariably teach them.

But all this can be ONLY THANKS TO YOUR PERSONAL EXAMPLE - the energy of Gratitude you radiate for everything that happens in your life.
