The Divine Quality of Hope | H. Breton

The Divine Quality of Hope

Hope is to cherish a desire with anticipation as well as to want something to happen or be true.

Hope is essentially compassion.

However, the difference is that you will experience extraordinary patience with that person with the promise that they will change eventually.

With hope, there is the promise of survival because without hope, you cannot survive.

Hope is what keeps you going.

It is what keeps you doing things that you may or may not like to do.

It is what keeps you evolving despite the odds against you.

Do the following practice anchor more hope within you: "ego, am I hopeful?"

If the answer is yes, then you are all set.

If the answer is no, then ask it this question, "ego, how can I be more hopeful?".

Wait for the response and follow accordingly.
