Meditation Is Just Being Still
Meditation is something to slip into. It is not to force yourself to meditate. It is beautiful to have a regular practice, but only if it flows. You are at a place where much change is occurring within and around you. And so, allow your own intuition to guide you moment by moment. And so, you might suddenly find, “Oh I am going to sit for a few minutes.” Meditation is just being still, being sensitive to all. There are many techniques, but those techniques are there to bring you to that point of simply being still and observing or feeling all or hearing all. You are in a flux right now, and it is very beautiful. Do not be in a rush to jump off a mountain. You will be there sitting on the mountain, totally relaxed one day.
