Let's Talk about Flames
Flames are useful to balance your common chakras and your body. It is the essence of what keeps your body alive.
For example, if you are too sexually involved and you don't want to be too horny for a time being, then use the orange flame and tap your crown chakra with your orange flame. For instance, say"I summon my unique orange flame".
You will feel the flame on your right hand and then use your right hand and tap your crown chakra with it.
This technique balances your sacral chakra which is one of the 7 common chakras. The 7 common chakras are the root chakra (the color is red), sacral chakra (the color is orange), the solar plexus (the color is yellow), heart chakra (the color is green), the throat chakra (the color is blue), the third eye chakra (the color is purple), and the crown chakra( the color is slightly purple).
Another example is if you want to help your digestive system to become more balanced which will increase your metabolism and your digestive capacity, then do the same process but instead summon your yellow flame and tap your crown chakra with your right hand again.
