Choose to infuse yourself continuously with the beauty that life has to offer. This blue zone [in Costa Rica] is a living example. There is an overabundance, a super abundance of life force energy here. And so, it spills over into the overall energetic and it caresses you even when you are not paying attention to it. And you can start to program your subconscious, your unconscious habit patterns in such a way that there is also a spilling over of gratitude, a spilling over of looking, searching for the beauty for the life force in all.
