Sharing on behalf of friend, good and kind man. Ended up in wheel chair after a stroke, yet he has zero worries and helps people find freedom from worrying as well. Helped me personally in my times of need many times and I'm happy I finally have an opportunity to help him in helping others. If I manage to help him help a soul or two to stop worrying about anything or everything, it will be worth it ten fold, my own soul will become lighter because of it. Let's spread some good karma, and free people from worries. Lighthearted cheerfulness or plain happiness sounds much better than worrying.
As Bob Marley so nonchalantly sings it in most upbeat way, "In every life we have some trouble... But when you worry, you make it double! so...Don't worry, be happy NOW!"
