PS One thing I am pretty sure of about YOU. You do not relax enough and simply feel the COMFORT of being YOU.
Everything is changing and this is true of your body, mind, and emotions.
And you cannot stop it, it hurts too much.
So you are waking up. Your key is “Is your body relaxed now in this. moment”?………..
No? Then you still have to get out of your own way.
Breathe.
Breathe in consciously the LIGHT of Creation, the LIGHT of GOD that you are and allow and watch and do whatever you are doing consciously with ease and Grace, slowly, rhythmically gently, lovingly.
And if you can’t do that then take a nap so that Soul You , in the Company of Heaven can continue to transmute from unconscious shadow to awakened LIGHT/LOVE.
