Becoming Aware of Your Awareness
Every time your awareness rises to the surface, you are quite literally raising your vibration. So, celebrate. Feel, “Wow. All I am doing is being aware of the breath, moving gently through my nasal passage, into my trachea, into my lungs, branching into all the little air sacs that feed and nourish my body. But wow, the energy that I feel!” It is that energy that you tap with your awareness. It is always available. So you are cultivating a flow that returns you again and again and again to contact with higher conscious awareness. Your human self is the interface. Your conscious mind is the choice point. You are training the deeper parts of self to be on this floor, in this dance, in this bit by bit awareness. And it is that very same awareness that connects you to the phenomena of your intuition, to the phenomena of sensing the Quantum Field.
