In this process, as we have said again and again and again, there is nothing to do. It's about being present. It is so simple that the mind can't accept it. The mind is programmed to do. The mind wants constantly to be doing or thinking. Why? Because you identify yourself as the mind. You think your thoughts are you, but you are the one that is listening to the thoughts. You are the one that's responding to the thoughts, following with an action to the thoughts. In truth, you are the one witnessing or listening, and the thoughts are flying through. Allow for the possibility that you are the one listening to the thoughts. The mind is a computer, randomly generating thoughts triggered by things around you. When the eyes are closed, it’s triggered by random energies moving in the brain. Some of you are arguing, saying this is not right. That is the mind also.
