You connect through your courage to embrace everything about You, to be vulnerable and resilient. Through your willingness to “lean into” your fears with a trust and vision that it ALWAYS leads to MORE of who You ARE.

More God, more Source. More joy, more tears, more knowing, more centeredness, more peace, more challenges and thus opportunities, more adventures, more mini “deaths”, more shifts, more epiphanies, more aliveness, etc, etc……………

You connect to everything because you become more connected with SELF.

So understand your cycles and as long as you are HUman, there will be thoughts and emotions, ups and downs, the ins and outs, the backwards and forward, the here and there, the mixups and the sorting out.

How you observe and see your cycles will be how you experience them.

In the 3D we suffered (we chose LESS and SEPARATION ), in 5D+ we thrive (we choose MORE and UNIFYING).

The challenge and the rest, the joy and the sadness, the equanimity and the “No way”, the solitude and the company………the all that I can experience.
