When Something Gets Triggered
So sometimes in the meditations or sometimes just as you're going about your life, something gets triggered. And rather than kind of pushing it away as we have tended to do, just let it be. Stop what you're doing, close the eyes and go into it. And just allow that memory to come to the surface. And just in whatever way is appropriate, let it go. Just recognize, “This isn't me anymore. This is my past. I let that memory go. I let that situation go. I send my love to me in that moment. And I claim my freedom and I ask for support to let it all go.”
