What Is Duality?
So why did you come here [to this Earth] apart from the beauty of the place? Because this place was created with certain laws of physics, so to speak, it is a place of duality. And you have come from enlightened civilizations, civilizations who have been in that state of oneness for thousands and thousands of your Earth years. So, you have been living elsewhere in a state of oneness. And it was for you an interesting idea going into duality. What is duality? Opposites. And that means that when there are opposites, you have a choice. In oneness, there is no choice. The energy just flows through you. Oneness is just harmony, delight, light. And so, part of your interest in coming here was to experience what it's like to be in duality, to have a choice.
