Speaking Your Truth Changes Your Energy
You are all spiritual warriors. The Sword of Truth is what you can wield now. It is not so easy. It is not so easy to speak your truth. It is not so easy to live your truth. Take a look, the way you behave day to day. [Notice} the little white lies, as they are often called, the little things you say that are not correct, but they are acceptable. Notice how you are being nice instead of being real. And you all do it. Such simple things. You meet someone and they say, "How are you?" And you say, "Oh, I am fine," but you have a sore throat and a throbbing headache and are feeling a little nauseous. But what do you say? "Oh, I am fine." This is not speaking the truth. You do not have to go into a long explanation of what is occurring in your body. But you can simply say, "Oh, I am just a little off today. But it will change." A simple truth and it changes your energy. Understand this. Speaking your truth changes your energy. Denying your truth lowers your frequency.
