Ask for Support
So, when you're feeling like you're having a tough time, first invite yourself to relax and love yourself. And then ask for support. "Just help me in this moment." And you don't even have to know who you're asking. Just put it out to the universe and the support will come. It's just about relaxing and allowing it to come. One of the things I've found is that when I ask, there's suddenly this sense of where is it? Where is it? Where's the support? I can't feel it yet. And you need to let go of that too. Let go and be. And again, for many of us that's very difficult at first. But as soon as you start to experience that, when you let go, then after a while a flow starts to happen.
