Whether fully healed by the grace of grief, or finding your way through any particular stage of it, I welcome you home into the radiance of unconditional love where no intensity of emotion is too much to handle, face, or process. It may not be how you hope to feel and may even last many moments longer than how you insist life should be, and isn’t that okay?
It’s not okay when pretending it’s okay as if it’s some life hack to make pain disappear. It’s okay because ‘okay’ doesn’t mean you are forcing yourself to like the experience. It’s okay because it’s what’s happening; an acceptance that simply acknowledges what is happening right now, no matter your thoughts, beliefs, or judgments about it.
If there are thoughts, beliefs, or judgments, that too is merely here to be accepted simply because it’s a part of what is happening. Even when things cannot be accepted, what if that’s the only acceptance available right now?
What if not being okay is something we each learn to be okay with? What if it’s only possible to navigate your way out of limiting external life circumstances that aren’t okay with you by acknowledging how not okay you are?
Whether missing others, suppressing your feelings with a variety of distractions, blaming yourself for how you experience life, engulfed in the despair of ‘not okay-ness’, or finding moments of spacious relief after years of purging and processing, the vibration of unconditional love yearns to be nowhere else but here, carrying you through each experience as you remember the love that you are — one auspicious moment at a time.
In order to break free, we must break open. No matter where you perceive yourself to be throughout any stage of your journey, this is what breaking open feels like.
Can we see and thank any degree of breaking open as signs of breaking free? Can we allow ourselves to break free by breaking open without always pumping the brakes on less desirable experiences?
These are the questions that simply by reading and considering them, the grace and beauty of breaking open and breaking free awaken within you.
It is a more authentic acceptance your heart can always embrace, one rooted in the truth of your subjective experience.
All the while, love is here for you by being here as you — no matter how one with Spirit, or separate from Source you sense yourself to be.
