Your Body Is Perfect
We are wanting you, we are encouraging you to love the body more, to listen to the body more, to open to the possibility that your body is perfect as it is. And any imbalance, disease, discomfort in your body is perfect, because it is your body giving you a message. If you ask the body, if you have the intention to discover the message of this imbalance, this pain; what is it? What is the message to me? When you ask, you may well start to understand what the body is saying. There are many books that can guide you in understanding these things.
