Live More in Oneness
Watch how you respond or react to others. Notice the subtle judgments that come up. Even those judgments that say, "Oh, this is good," is still a judgment. So, judgments are those thoughts or comments that you carry that create separation. For when you say this is bad, then something else is good. Separation still. It is to try and live more and more in the space of oneness, of this is. Many of the masters call it "is-ness." So, this just is. This person is. This situation is. Not good. Not bad. It just is. And as you start to look at life and experiences in this way, you will find that the negative judgment, which is a lower vibration, starts to drop away. Your energy naturally rises. You are naturally a high vibrational being. Your programming brings your energy down. You are all living at an energy level that is less than your potential in this moment.
