Spit out the Stone but savor the Fruit.

Your emotions, your thoughts, events of the day, a moment smelling a flower, shopping at the supermarket, another’s judgement of your actions, a kind word, an unkind word.

All are gifts and all the emotions that are generated in these experiences are gifts also.

Anger, for example, is the result, in some way, of you having experienced the truth of you being trampled on and thus doubting yourself or disliking the other.

You must experience it fully and express your feeling of “No, No more”. Then there is the wonderful opportunity for you to choose your Love and the Knowing of you and the love for the other.

This is what was called ‘forgiveness”.

You are now allowing the wisdom to emerge and dropping the judging the value of yourself or anyone else.

You have discovered the “gift”. You have shifted into the freeing waters of your own Flow.

Is it time to put your head under and become fully immersed?

It is liberating and breathtaking.

The dive into emotion, deeper into sensation and the warmth of a perpetual feeling tone, deeper into a Love that knows no boundary but the Eternity of Bliss.

PS Surrender and allow. No more dramas, big deal childhood traumas, past life hangups. The mind will never be satisfied no matter what grande story you dig up or concoct or how much commiseration you get from others.

Let them arise and watch and feel as they leave. Cry and stamp your feet and laugh, then in the space, in the peace that follows, feel your smile of knowing arise. The SHINE.

Nothing more to do just follow and BE. Each time you choose the gift from the stillness you have within, over the dramatic production of a story you have created, you build the Knowing of the Faith in you. This IS Loving Yourself.

And so what better way to know for yourself than to be given the choice in an amazing myriad of guises of emotional and mental story form.

And we all know that this Loving of You is the way to freedom, joy and everything you ever want or would want to create from.
