Silence | Digger Barr

(Golden Age of Gaia)

Who are you if not just a reflection of me?
Who am I if not a reflection of you?
I see you and my heart goes still.
I observe and wonder
if that is your will

Then who am I?

Enter the silence
the space of stillness
after the paddle comes the glide
between the breaths is eternity
This is where ripples subside.

I may stay here a while

The world is timeless
busy, involved, and chaotic
everything important matters
a must a push all in a rush
be in joy or be in tatters

it will still happen

Enter the silence
the space of stillness
after the climax comes the void
relax the eyes to see the night
in this place that noise will avoid

I may stay here a while

Who we are unfolds in time
although time doesn’t exist
our free soul leaves december
it is time to forget
not what we remember

What we thought we knew

Enter the silence
The space of stillness
this where I can just be
who we are is who we are
I am a reflection of you and you of me

I may stay here awhile
