Question: From the first day of the workshop, I began to have an allergy, an itch that's growing worse. I was feeling very joyful, but it's like during all the workshop and especially today, I'm also feeling kind of sad because I feel separate with the life I'm living. I don't want to leave here [the workshop and Stargate family]. I don't like the life I’m living and I don't know how to handle it.

Alcazar: And so Beloved, just close the eyes and be present in your body. That which you are calling allergies is not really an allergy. It is resistance to life, resistance to the external. You have just expressed that in words. Your body is expressing it. It is irritated in the skin, that boundary between you and life, the exterior that you want to reject. You want to reject the outer because, Beloved, you are not loving your inner [humanness]. Because you are not loving your own self just as you are, you attract from the outside energies that reflect this back to you. And so you create in your life experiences that are not so pleasant, that don't bring you joy. The energies that have just been given to you in this last meditation can transform the way you feel about yourself. We would suggest that when these recordings come, listen to this morning's meditations again and again. Tune in. In the session this afternoon, tune in and say to those parts of your skin that are feeling irritated, “Thank you. Thank you for showing me. It is time to love myself just as I am. Thank you.” Send your love to the skin. Send your love to the little girl who doesn't feel seen, and appreciated. For Beloved one, you are indeed a very beautiful being. And you are indeed a powerful creator. You know that you can manifest in your life from those brief moments when you are feeling good. It is now time to free yourself from those beliefs about yourself that are totally untrue. We say to you again, you are a beautiful being. And it is a great honor for us to know you.
