You are learning to become aware of a greater resource in your midst.
Side with it.
Beyond the conflict, beyond the noise of the mind's insistent chatter there is a greater resource.
Give yourself permission to rest there.
The mind will insist that you worry, that you fret and wonder.
But the greater resource which is peace knows the way.
It may seem irresponsible to be peaceful in the midst of chaos and crisis but it is the most responsible position that you can take.
To draw upon the essence of self that already knows the way.
The greater resource in your midst.
