Greetings Humanity,

I am priestess Sinara, and I reside on the star Arcturus of Bootes Castellation. This is my first communication to humankind through Universal Channel. I represent Arcturian High Council.

We are high dimensional and loving beings. Our bodies are light and transparent, so we can float very easily in air, if we want to. We are slim and very tall, some of us are 12 feet and up. My race has been sending high vibrations to your planet to help to dissolve low vibrational energies, which were set by Dark Entities eons ago.

Their holographic world is breaking down each day. The balance between Light and Darkness will be restored on your planet. Humankind is transitioning despite illusion of 3D into a new dimension to Golden Age. Not every soul is prepared for next step of advancement, so they continue in 3D not necessary on Gaia. Others, who are ready, will move to higher dimension on this planet or return to their Galactics families. They will choose freely own path.

Most of the reincarnation machines got destroyed, and only a few left, which are in process to be located. Being stock here for millions years, it will be become the past for many souls. When Ascension occurs, the 3D shell of Earth dissipate. The Ascended ones end up in 5D, the rest humanity move to another 3D reality to finish their development.

This negative and low vibrational matter break down and cease to exist. You can’t create a new world on 3D Matrix’s base, you would end up with same system, you have now. New future is in 5D.
