Participant: I've got some distinct clarity on controlling my emotions. It's just indulging in emotional expression to allow them to come out.
Alcazar: That is the mind saying it is indulgent to be in your emotions. It is not. It is important and natural to be in your emotions and your feelings. Life is a balance of feeling and thinking and sensing all those things coming together. When you remove one of those things by judging it, you're out of balance with the rest of life.
Participant: Okay. Yes, I can understand that.
Alcazar: But Beloved, rather than understanding it, let that be an experience of inviting the feelings in because they are trying so hard to come out. There now it is coming out. It is that simple? It is just recognizing, yes. And these tears do not go on forever, beloved. But they go on until you allow them completely. And then it is magical because they turn into tears of joy.
