Talk to your innate intelligence. Your innate intelligence is a part of the vastness, part of your energy presence, part of your DNA field. Your innate intelligence is that part of your greater self that operates your physical body. For if you consciously had to beat your heart with a thought, you would not remain in the body for very long. If you had to digest your food by giving the body instructions, you would not survive very long. The innate intelligence is part of the fullness of who you are. Your innate intelligence is that part of self on the edge of your humanness. The innate intelligence has a clear connection with who you truly are. And from that place, it can operate the body. It can digest the food. It can operate the organs. It can guide the rebuilding of the new cells. And when you are ready to communicate more fully with your innate intelligence, you will indeed be able to start recreating your new selves in perfection. There is no need for bodies to age. They will, of course, simply have more years. But there is no need for the physical body to decline with more years. In fact, it can become younger. Indeed it can be. Innate intelligence needs you to communicate with it in order for these changes to occur.
