Jules: It's important to actually fall in love with your life to create the conditions for youthing.
Prageet: Yes. If you're feeling really depressed and miserable and not having any fun, then your innate intelligence registers that. And it says, “Okay, this person is not enjoying life. So, what's the point of trying to elongate their life if it's just pure misery?” So, it’s not going to support you in growing younger if you're holding that vibration of misery, complaining and judging. So, it's important to check your attitude towards life and start working on loving the experience, appreciating all the different various parts of your life and your experiences. Because all of it is life. All of it. The contrast is needed. It's all needed. When you have a negative experience, it helps you enjoy the positive experience. Appreciation for all is the next step, not just appreciating the good things and condemning the so-called bad things. Appreciate it all, because it's all part of this wonderful duality. It's all part of being human. It's all part of your own life creation.
