
Watch Yourself
Watch yourself. Catch yourself if you're in judgment. And one way to change the energy is to think of something uplifting about that situation, about that person or about yourself. So. if, for example, you have a judgment like, "Oh, I'm too fat," and you notice that judgment, then say, "I'm happy. I'm celebrating the fact that I'm ready to change." That elevates your energy again.
