Imbalance in the Body
Pain and imbalance in the body is created by your limiting thoughts, your belief systems that are not your truth. They are created by repressed emotions, by the feelings that have come up that you have pushed back down. These things create the imbalance at an energetic level. And if your energy is out of balance in a certain area of your body for a long time, this imbalance starts to create physical imbalance, physical pain. So, Beloved Ones, even as you might be focusing on an area of your body, know what you wish to shed. What's your intention to shed as we move through the threshold together? What you are shedding is the cause of the imbalance in your body, the cause that is creating the imbalance. So, it will be a letting go of thought patterns, beliefs. It will be letting go of repressed emotions that have been anchoring themselves and causing imbalance in your body. As you focus on that area of your body, do not ask for a healing. Simply intend to let go of any and all causes of physical imbalance.
