Too much enlightenment too fast and we might not be able to stand it.

We talk about dark souls leaving because the vibrations have gotten higher than they can tolerate. There are extreme situations where we too might find ourselves in the same position of not being able to tolerate the vibrations.

Archangel Michael named one that would cause the death of the body:

“For my full presence to suddenly apparit [appear] would probably cause you to drop dead. ” (1)

Lesser experiences can also overtax the body, as the Arcturian Group discuss:

“The third dimension is a dimension of time and space. If an individual were to suddenly be infused with the fullness of high-dimensional energy, their physical body would not be able to handle it and would die.” (2)

That isn’t what the Divine Mother wants:

“I have no desire to electrify, overwhelm, or electrocute any of you. My plan is not to wipe the planet clean of humanity. Quite the contrary…it is to awaken, revitalize, reconstitute, recalibrate.” (3)

When I grew impatient with the slow rate of progress, Archangel Michael indicated that the Mother was preparing us for the “full wave,” as he called it:

“You can’t say you are not feeling any of this. What you want is the full wave and you will get it. But the Mother is preparing people for it so that they do not end up completely overwhelmed.” (4)

Ahhh, but why can’t it be quicker? I wanna beeeeee there. Are we there yet? AAM responded:

“This [kundalini rising] isn’t something that would necessarily happen very quickly. Now could we? Yes. Would it be wise to do that to the electrics and the mechanics of your body, to shoot such voltage through you? That would not be of love.” (5)

So this is one reason why Ascension has to be gradual as well as sudden – to prepare us to exist in the higher energies. Another reason is not to startle people and send them heading for the hospital to diagnose their strange symptoms. Another is not to overload people who already are coping with social breakdown and financial challenges.

It’s so gradual that we may not notice the changes. I’ve drawn attention to some of the changes in my own body. (6)

If we don’t know what to look for, we may miss it. For instance, I did not know to look for my baseline of emotional contentment rising until Michael pointed out that it has.

“You have experienced progressively, periods of unity, of transformative love, of ecstasy, of bliss that you feel (and I emphasize feel) that this comes and goes.

“But every time, you have had this experience it has edged you up a level. So that now you say to me, ‘Michael, I feel like I have a new baseline. I have a new foundation of happiness.’ …

“Think of how every time you especially enter the transformative love, that [it] is a snap. It is not the full dramatic snap but it is a snap. Each time you are progressing up what you can think of as a level.

“Think of [entering] your love as flying back and forth through the [Ascension] portal. Now sometimes you’re aware and sometimes you’re asleep.” (7)

I think his description illustrates the gradual way in which we’re given what he once called “bite-sized” packets:

“You have been given bite-sized pieces of energy, of energy bumps, of input of what you can digest and handle and truly bring to fruition. If you are in the process of expansion, you don’t go from Grade 3 to a PhD in a week.” (8)

So that’s it, really: We don’t go from Grade 3 to a Ph.D. in a week. Our bodies are slowly being transformed. Our spirits are slowly being revived and hydrated and opened to what in the final analysis will cause us to ascend: higher-dimensional love.
