Remain in Love and Joy
You have been conditioned to believe that what other people do, what is happening out there, affects you. And so you allow it to affect you. If you can remain in love and joy, if you can allow others to be as they are without judgment, without saying, “Oh, it should be different,” then you will find that your energy elevates. And the very things that you have been criticizing have less and less effect upon you. and the things that you have been criticizing. As you elevate, as you move above it, some of those things will actually disappear from your life. This is so, so simple to understand. It requires watchfulness. It requires your intention to step out of the old. You are living in deep unconsciousness. This might sound a little harsh, but compared to your potential, you are living such a small part of it.
