Allow the Tears
Bursting into tears is something which happens a lot for people with the Stargate work. It's really, really important to allow the tears. Very often it's the physical body just releasing repressed emotions. You don't even have to understand what it is that's being released. Just allow the tears. And sometimes it's just tears of joy because you're reconnecting to an energy that deep inside you've known is there. But now there's a conscious connection happening to that energy. And it just brings so much joy that the tears come. So, whatever is triggering it, allow the tears. They are so important. It helps you open up to the next level of what wants to happen for you.
