Self-Judgment Is No Longer Needed
Can you grasp that self judgment is detrimental and it is no longer needed? It is to love yourself, to love yourself when you notice some of the old programs. Do not to be angry or judgmental, but love yourself and say, “Yes, I recognize this is here. I recognize this particular program from my past. And as I recognize it, I welcome it into my own house.” Can you hear that? "I welcome this into my awareness." Why? Because if you're welcoming this old program from the past into your awareness, you start to see the subtleties of it. And when you see the subtleties of it, then there is the possibility to start to really understand. “Huh, I really do not need this anymore. This is an old program. I do not need it any more.” And so welcome these old programs that no longer serve you. Welcome them into your awareness. And as you recognize them, as you recognize the subtleties within them and love yourself for the awareness of seeing these subtleties, then the dissolution of these old programs becomes much easier.
