(Golden Age of Gaia)
Passion is a deep desire to feel joy in action.
I get this definition from a knowing and understanding of an overwhelming desire and drive when following my heart.
My passion is for plants.
Yes, I am a plant addict. I love, love , love petting them , cooing over the fronds and curls of cute ferns. I love planting seeds, then waiting to see the first push of green from the dark soil. I spend hours searching for new outlets, seeking for that special plant or exploring old haunts for a potential new thing.
Because of the joy that fills me while engaging with this exercise, It never gets old.
I have met many plant addicts out there like myself. The funny thing is we run into each other in the same places. I have known one woman for 30 years and still don’t know her name, but I can tell you what kind of plants she likes.
It is from this perspective from which I can discuss passion. I know it well. Plants are my passion.
In this regard I can say Nature and Gaia are my passion. I am in constant awe of the beauty and miracle of our planet. I wish I could share just a little bit of this love I have for Gaia with everyone.
I want everyone to feel this sweet surrender to the magnificence that we get to participate with. This world is amazing !The construct of it all may be beyond understanding but when engaging with your passion it doesn’t matter if you understand it or not. Just be it.
Follow it.
Follow the joy bubbles that come from your heart.
It doesn’t need to be a big plan with precise arrangements.
On the contrary, any direction in the direction of joy is sufficient. Any amount of energy toward discovering what resonates with you will be returned back tenfold.
It is like planting your own seed and watching it grow. It won’t matter if its an onion or petunia. Whether it’s a tree or a vine. It is the planting of you and allowing for the potential of what may transpire.
Finding your passion is an investment in yourself.
This will sustain you through all of the chaos the world wants to drag you through. I heartily recommend finding and following your passion no matter what it is. Now more than ever it is the greatest investment humanity could ever make.
I believe in engaging with passion and it was my passion to share this with you.
Much love
