“It Is Time to Honor Yourself.”
So often when you recognize a program that is no longer serving you, you judge it. And this simply pushes the program back. It amplifies it, energizes it, and it also energizes that program of judgment. So, as we move forward together, recognize if there is judgment there and say, “I do not need this judgment any longer. I do not need this self judgment.” It is time to honor yourself for everything that you have lived through - the highs and the lows, the challenges and the joys. It is time to acknowledge that all of those things were a benefit to you, whether you recognize the benefit or not.
